About the Role:The role of Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed within a timely manner while staying in compliance with projected budget. This role will be planning and designating project resources, creating/maintaining budgets for job specific projects, monitoring progress, ensure that stakeholders have full knowledge/understanding of the entire process. That all procedures are completed efficiently, effectively, and compliant with MSFN's goals and vision. Project Manager management can and will be requested in all departments located at MSFN including operations, construction, engineering, IT, HR, sales and marketing and community development.

Key Responsibilities:- Work with the COO to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects according to plan.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Communicate project status updates to the COO and other stakeholders regularly.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and coordination among team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and concerns.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and materials.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources to achieve project objectives.
- Address and resolve any resource-related issues that may arise during the project.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Address any deviations from project plans promptly and effectively.
- Conduct project closure activities, including final project reviews and documentation.
- Prepare and present project completion reports to the COO and senior management.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned for future projects.
- Allocate resources and oversee their utilization to optimize project efficiency and enhance deliverables.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Key Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of experience in project management and related roles.
- Proficient in working with Vitruvi, Vetro, and Teams.
- Demonstrated capability to creatively solve problems.
- Extensive familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in successfully managing projects throughout their entire life cycle.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record of completing projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Preferred possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully collaborating with management at all levels.
- Proficient in professional written and verbal communication, with strong skills in this area.
