Job Description
CEO of a crypto startup is looking for a Personal Executive Assistant to own the day-to-day execution of their life. This is an exciting opportunity to support an influential leader in this space! In this role, you will provide holistic support to the Executive to ensure he is set up for success across personal and business. You will own his calendar, oversee and manage his busy inbox, schedule meetings and appointments, and manage relationships with partners and investors. You will also help with home renovations and repairs, evaluate and hire vendors for personal affairs, and assist with personal projects. A strong operator who has exceptional communication and organizational skills with previous experience providing personal support to a busy Executive. Preference for someone based in Miami. 150-180K+ DOE.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the CEO's life to leverage his time to focus on the highest priorities and initiatives.
  • Organize and manage the Principal's personal and professional calendars. Schedule meetings and appointments and analyze the Executive's time to determine where he is focused and shift as needed.
  • Directly manage the CEO's email inbox, including triaging, responding, drafting messages, and scheduling company-related meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including ground transportation, accommodations, and meals. Address potential challenges proactively.
  • Liaise with the Principal's personal contacts and handle personal matters efficiently.
  • Hire, manage, and oversee personal vendors and contractors, such as legal, accounting, and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and manage budgets for household operations and projects.
  • Assist with home renovations and management. Oversee the entire moving process if needed, including hiring movers and assistants.
  • Ensure the management of the Executive's residence during travel, including hiring housekeepers and handling any issues.
  • Provide light oversight on investment management.
  • Oversee transitions and changes, using sound judgment to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Maintain the highest level of privacy and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Undertake any ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Personal Executive Assistant or similar role preferably for a high-profile Executive and family.
  • Proven track record of excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with high standards of clarity and precision.
  • Demonstrated capacity for handling complex tasks and proactive problem-solving.
  • Strong integrity, discretion, and commitment to excellence.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
