We are adding new Sales Account Executives to build a first-class team and provide excellent service and support to our rapidly growing customer base.
We work with some of the most progressive design firms throughout the architectural, engineering, and construction industries as not only their software vendor but their complete technical support team. In addition to providing superior customer service and supporting their design software, we help our clients identify workflows and technology solutions that will make them more efficient and profitable.
As a Sales Manager for the ATG, you be responsible for leading a sales team by providing guidance, training, mentorship, setting a tone for consistent success. You will also be responsible for assigning sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data on past performance and forecasting future performance.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating a positive working environment, provide excellent communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills. This person will have good planning and organizational skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure. By using these skills, this person will use their expertise to assist and guide ATG Account Executives.
Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully manage a team focusing on new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish processes and guidelines for sales team
- Develop, train and advise Account Executives
- Ensure the successful and broad adoption of our technology solutions and services
- Ability to interview and discover sales talent
- Meet and Exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Ensures team maintains updated and accurate sales pipeline
- Accurately forecast the business
- Maintain 10% forecast accuracy every month
- Analyze data on trends that will assist and guide future performance
- Sharing of best practices with team
- Strong relationship management, problem-solving, organizational and phone skills, customer service, and written/oral communication skills required
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales manager experience
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and lead a team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to motivate consistent meetings to new and current customers
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Software and/or ideally AEC industry background
- Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Dynamics CRM software, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Adobe, LinkedIn, and Zoom.
