WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Safely and efficiently move materials and products to designated areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming materials for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts and audits.
  • Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
  • Assist in packaging and preparing products for shipment as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of math and math skills.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift 70-90 pounds.
  • Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures and conditions typical of a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have the visual acuity to read micrometers and other measuring devices.
  • Various other duties as required by management.
