Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing helpful and accurate information.
- Assist customers with event-related questions, ticketing issues, and general service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth event operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide information on services, promotions, and upcoming events to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Friendly, patient, and able to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software are a plus.
- No prior experience required-training will be provided.
