Description Job Description: As a Call Center Agent at Lift Forward Direct, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and solutions through phone and email communication.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related questions.
- Provide product and service information, processing orders, and addressing concerns.
- Document customer interactions and update accounts as necessary.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Meet performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction ratings.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
