As a Patient Services Representative I, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for drawing blood samples, interacting with patients, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of specimens.
Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction: Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and provide clear instructions.
• Phlebotomy: Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Specimen Processing: Prepare and process blood samples for laboratory testing, following strict guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control and accuracy.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification (required in some states)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Medical assistant or paramedic training
