Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding career in healthcare? We're seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team in Mesquite, NV.
As a PSR I, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Interaction: Building trust and rapport with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.
• Phlebotomy: Accurately drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver efficient and effective care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
• Minimum of 6 months experience; 1+ years preferred
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in data entry and keyboard skills
