Work Type : Onsite, Shift/Time Zone: Monday - Friday 7.30 am - 4 pm, Rotational Saturday/ PST
About the Role:
As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative I, you will be the face of our company, interacting with patients and ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your primary responsibilities include drawing blood samples accurately and efficiently, following established protocols, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Phlebotomy:
  • Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
  • Prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Patient Services:
  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Explain procedures clearly and answer patient questions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Complete required documentation and paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification (preferred, required in certain states).
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
