We are looking for a SOC Analyst, providing 2nd / 3rd line support for UK-based customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional with 1-3 years of SOC experience to take their skills to the next level. Key Responsibilities:
2nd Line SOC Support: Provide 2nd line security operations center (SOC) support for UK customers, handling incidents, escalations, and investigations.
Threat Detection & Response: Utilize SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and other security technologies to identify, assess, and respond to potential security threats.
Networking Knowledge: Apply your understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, and other networking fundamentals to analyze and mitigate risks.
Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients, ensuring they receive clear, effective communication and support that aligns with ITGL’s customer-first approach.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
SOC Analyst Experience: 1-3 years of experience working as a SOC Analyst or in a similar role.
Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with security tools like SIEM, EDR, and SOAR.
Cultural Fit: We are looking for team members who are professional but down-to-earth, with a good sense of communication and a customer-first attitude.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Certifications: Industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus, but not required.
