Role Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation and expansion of FTTH projects across Wisconsin.
Handle permitting and ensure adherence to OSP construction standards.
Perform field staking and maintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with supervisors to address backend construction requirements and revisions.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in OSP engineering and construction.
Proficiency with ArcGIS; familiarity with Vetro software is a plus.
Strong knowledge of permitting processes and USDA code compliance.
Experience in field staking and quality assurance within OSP projects.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $95,000 - $105,000 annually.
