Take your ambitions to the next level As a talent attraction manager, you will execute talent attraction strategies that align with our long-term business objectives and meet the needs of Canadian practices and business units. You will support Ontario and Quebec business units, as well as corporate functions, by identifying effective strategies to attract top talent, building a robust pipeline, and exploring new recruitment sources. Additionally, you will support RFP requests, oversee the entire talent attraction lifecycle, ensure team performance, maintain ISO compliance across the board, and collaborate closely with leaders to achieve organizational recruitment goals.
Team Leadership and Development: Provide long-term vision and leadership, foster a culture of high performance, mentor and inspire team members, and implement strategies to boost engagement and productivity.
Comprehensive Process and Tool Management: Oversee the talent attraction process, ensure the adoption of global best practices and efficient use of tools and technologies, including AI. Continuously identify optimization opportunities within our team and improve communication with Human Capital functions.
Influencing Hiring Leaders: Address roadblocks, influence the hiring process, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by working closely with hiring leaders and providing strategic guidance.
Metrics and Performance Analysis: Ensure data accuracy, monitor and track team performance, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Talent Attraction and Sourcing: Execute strategies to attract and hire top talent through innovative sourcing methods, provide strategic advice on sourcing techniques, and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates while adapting to local practices.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field;
At least 5 years of experience in talent attraction or a related field, including a minimum of 3 years managing a large team;
Strong understanding of talent attraction processes and strategies;
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, anticipate hiring needs and take initiative;
Flexibility to adapt to changing talent attraction needs and priorities;
Ability to coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
