Take your ambitions to the next level As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture advisor, you will engage directly with clients to design Microsoft Dynamics 365 system architecture tailored to their specific needs.
Provide knowledge and recommendations for the installation maintenance and upgrade of the system.
Configure the Dynamics365 system and support data migration.
Oversee operations of secure and highly available platform servers and networks.
Make presentations to C-level management, public groups and/or boards of directors.

Bachelor of science.
Minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in multiple modules across Microsoft Dynamics365, as well as working experience in an MS CRM environment in any capacity.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a senior CRM consultant.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with system design or information systems.
Experience with multiphase, globally delivered CRM implementation projects.
Proficiency in multiple Dynamics365 Customer Engagement modules, in a Dynamics365 infrastructure architecture across multiple workstreams and systems, as well as with disaster recovery and business continuity infrastructure practices.
Strong CRM industry and product knowledge.
Strong technical architecture and client development skills, with a strong focus on client services.
Excellent team building, mentoring and leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
Please note that travel to client sites may be required up to 15% of the time.
