Department Overview
TD Asset Management Inc. is one of Canada's largest investment management firms with leading market positions in active, enhanced and passive portfolio management. TDAM offers an ever-expanding suite of investment management solutions to meet the needs of retail and institutional investors.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal partners to produce high quality marketing and client servicing presentation materials within the team's SLAs.
Exhibit strong time management, organizational skills and understanding of which deliverables to prioritize as additional intake requests/tasks are received.
Respond to routine and ad hoc requests while meeting service level agreements and ensuring quality control and accuracy of outgoing material.
Display ownership over sales support material content and effectively communicate content preference to stakeholders.
Adhere to TDAM's brand guidelines and compliance requirements by adopting sales support best practices.
Proactively identify opportunities to create efficiencies and lead projects to streamline processes.
Support client/sales activities at different stages of the pipeline.
Job Requirements:

Passion for learning about the wealth asset management business.
Fully bilingual (French and English) considered an asset.
Specific Education Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or other relevant financial certification.
Five years of experience working in Financial Services, Asset Management or Capital Markets.
Keen interest and understanding of investment and market concepts.
Investment industry accreditation considered an asset.
