Key Responsibilities - Customer Support : Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, addressing questions, concerns, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Documentation : Record customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems to maintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactions as needed.
- Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications - Education : High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in using CRM software, basic computer skills, and familiarity with customer support software.
- Interpersonal Skills : Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
