Our hiring manager is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone that is friendly and personable. Someone that doesn't need a lot of hand holding and is independent. This role is a contract to permanent position. The role will transition to permanent between 4-6 months.

Pay $23-$25/hr

Fully onsite- Pleasanton CA

• Answering questions : Providing information about products, pricing, and availability
• Resolving issues : Investigating complaints, identifying the cause, and selecting a solution
• Processing transactions : Taking orders, processing returns, and processing payments
• Managing customer information : Keeping track of customer correspondence, logging account information, and maintaining a customer database
• Escalating issues : Referring customers to supervisors or specialists when needed
• Providing feedback : Passing customer feedback on to the product or sales team
• Following company procedures : Adhering to company guidelines and procedures when handling customer requests
