Who we are
At MARZ we have been working for two years to build THE best in-house lip-syncing tool to break down language barriers in e-learning, advertising, and Hollywood. LipDub at its core modifies given footage to match any supplied audio track, allowing for use cases such as localization, ADR, scaled marketing, and many more. In the market today, MARZ is the premier provider of accurately lip-synced high-fidelity video dubbing, and we’re not stopping here. LipDub algorithms are developed entirely in-house by some of the strongest researchers and leaders in computer graphics and generative modelling.
Who we need
We are looking to add a talented Senior Analyst to our dynamic, growing, and passionate Central Production team, and we are open for this person to work remotely. This is a full-time role that reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, and responsibilities will include:
Design, create and maintain reports and dashboard visualizations, and gather insights to support business decision-making.
Develop dashboards for different stakeholders (executive to working team level) to help guide leadership with actionable data.
Working with multiple business functions such as Finance, Marketing, Sales and Product to assemble and analyze data for reports.
Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
Assist in implementation and ongoing enhancements to data-heavy software (e.g. CRM).
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support product and business decisions.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to define and implement data-driven solutions.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in data quality and processes.
Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets.
Develop and optimize data models and queries to improve efficiency and data retrieval.
What you bring
We are looking for a senior level Analyst with the following experience and skills:
Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or Technology or a related discipline.
3+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Production Analyst, or a similar role
Excellent Excel knowledge
Experience using database languages, such as SQL, and common data scientist software development and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Scikit-learn)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills (comfortable & confident communicating at all levels including business partners and leadership).
The ability to work on multiple projects, with a variety of people, in a fast-paced environment
What happens next
