About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Pleasant Hill, California. In this role, you will guide and support customers throughout their car buying and selling journey at our dealership. You will ensure a seamless and positive experience by effectively communicating with various teams, conducting vehicle assessments, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales and customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
