Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at CarMax. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service throughout the car buying and selling process. You will guide customers, conduct vehicle assessments, complete administrative tasks, and ensure a seamless experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the car buying and selling process
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and communicate information to buyers
• Complete administrative tasks such as scanning vehicle inventory and maintaining transaction paperwork
• Create service appointments and review repair order invoices

Requirements:

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to balance customer needs and business requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales and customer service experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
