Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estate Planning Attorney at Miller & Stevens Law. The attorney will work in estate planning & transactional law, taking over a book of business from a retiring attorney. The attorney must be willing to participate in local networking and marketing efforts on behalf of the firm.

Qualifications

• Estate Planning, Probate, and Succession Planning experience
• 2+ years Experience in Estate Law and Estate Administration
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
• Close proximity to Forest Lake a plus
