Mackenzie Stuart is currently partnered with a market-leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) supplement company looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead the business into its next phase of growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the DTC landscape, consumer health trends, and the ability to drive innovation in all aspects of the organization.

Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term growth strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and vision. Drive innovation across all aspects of the business.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all business functions are optimized for efficiency and scalability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional leadership team, including marketing, finance, operations, product development, and customer service. Ensure alignment of all departments with the company's strategic goals.
• Growth & Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including expanding product lines, exploring new market segments, and leveraging partnerships.
• Customer Experience & Engagement: Prioritize the customer journey, ensuring exceptional experiences from discovery to post-purchase. Use customer insights and feedback to inform product innovation and improve service.
• Brand Positioning & Marketing: Drive the company’s marketing and brand strategy, ensuring the company’s positioning remains relevant and resonates with the target market. Leverage data-driven digital marketing strategies to optimize customer engagement and ROI.
• Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure that all products and business practices adhere to industry regulations and standards. Maintain a focus on sustainability and transparency, aligning with consumer values in the health and wellness sector.

To be considered for the role, the following education, experience, and qualifications are required:

• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the DTC or consumer health industry, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of the dietary supplement market, consumer trends, and regulatory landscape in the US.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage high-performance teams.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand building in a DTC context.
• Financial acumen, with experience managing P&L, scaling operations, and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for health, wellness, and innovation.
