Process Administrator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Process Administrator to support our CAD, Purchasing, Outsourcing, and Fabrication teams by processing technical information efficiently. This role requires high attention to detail, excellent organization, and strong proficiency in software like Access, Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook.
Over the next six months, you will also play an integral role in implementing a new system for improved operational workflows.
You’ll work closely with leadership and another Process Administrator, ensuring smooth and accurate information flow between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process CAD-generated data for Purchasing, Outsourcing, and Fabrication departments, ensuring information accuracy and alignment with project needs.
- Prepare and organize project data, documentation, and materials for smooth hand-offs between departments.
- Utilize software tools, including Access, Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook, to manage, analyze, and share information effectively.
- Contribute to the successful implementation and transition to a new processing system, providing feedback, testing, and adaptation support.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding and consistency in project details and timelines.
- Identify opportunities for improved workflow efficiency and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; additional technical or administrative education is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred; experience with CAD data a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to new software and systems and contribute to a smooth implementation process.
