Job Description: Electrical Journeyman
Location: Hydrogen Power Plant, Delta, UT
Pay: $48 per hour
Per Diem: $100 per day (7 days a week)
Schedule: 6 days a week, 10-hour days
Duration: 6 months
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Journeyman to join our team at a hydrogen power plant in Delta, Utah. The ideal candidate will possess a Utah Journeyman License and have experience in industrial electrical work, specifically with rigid conduit installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment within the hydrogen power plant.
- Work with rigid conduit for various electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, conducting tests and inspections as needed.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
- Document work performed and assist in maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Current Utah Journeyman Electrical License.
- Proven experience in industrial electrical work, with a focus on rigid conduit.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Physical ability to perform tasks in a demanding industrial setting.
