Job Title: Training & Development Manager

Pay: $85,000 - $100,000
Job Description:
This newly created role will be instrumental in establishing a comprehensive training program across multiple locations, aimed at enhancing the skills and leadership capabilities of supervisors and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
- Design and develop diverse training programs, including on-the-job and classroom instruction.
- Collaborate with leadership to define essential competencies for success.
- Implement leadership development initiatives such as workshops and online modules.
- Facilitate training sessions for various levels of leadership.
- Track and analyze training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support training initiatives.
- Partner with external experts to leverage best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and innovate training strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training program design and leadership development.
- Strong understanding of leadership theories and best practices.
- Experience with adult learning models and adapting training methods.
- Ability to build relationships across various business areas.
