Job Title: Training & Development Manager

Pay: $85,000 - $100,000

Job Description:

This newly created role will be instrumental in establishing a comprehensive training program across multiple locations, aimed at enhancing the skills and leadership capabilities of supervisors and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
• Design and develop diverse training programs, including on-the-job and classroom instruction.
• Collaborate with leadership to define essential competencies for success.
• Implement leadership development initiatives such as workshops and online modules.
• Facilitate training sessions for various levels of leadership.
• Track and analyze training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support training initiatives.
• Partner with external experts to leverage best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and innovate training strategies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training program design and leadership development.
• Strong understanding of leadership theories and best practices.
• Experience with adult learning models and adapting training methods.
• Ability to build relationships across various business areas.
