Job Title: Tax Manager (Indirect Tax)

Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation: Up to $155,000 + Bonus

Addison Group has partnered with a billion-dollar private equity-backed company in search of a Tax Manager. This role will oversee the tax functions, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors on tax compliance, analysis, and research. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role ensures compliance with tax laws, manages filings, and coordinates tax-related activities across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all tax compliance, filings, and processes for the company
2. Collaborate with external tax advisors on audits, filings, and payments
3. Oversee sales/use tax matters

Qualifications:

1. 7-10+ years of tax experience, with a focus on sales/use tax
2. Management experince
3. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4. Experience in both industry and consulting is a plus
