We’re currently seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years in insurance defense and product liability litigation to represent a dynamic client base, including air carriers, corporate clients, and more. Key case areas include personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, cargo loss, and general tort claims.

Key Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor with a solid academic foundation
• Admitted to practice in New York (admission in NJ and CT is a plus)
• 3-5 years in insurance defense, product liability, and wrongful death litigation
• Strong skills in deposition and motion practice
• Passion for trial work; trial experience is preferred but not mandatory
