A well-established and prestigious San Francisco Bay Area law firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with a focus on Real Estate Transactions to their growing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle tasks supporting all areas of real estate transactions, including but not limited to acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, development, and leasing.
2. Collaborate cohesively with a team of attorneys and paralegals to produce and review agreements, leases, purchase contracts, closing documents, and other relevant real property documents.
3. Conduct title review and due diligence in real estate acquisitions and loan transactions.
4. Provide legal advice to clients on various real estate law matters including property management, zoning laws, and landlord/tenant issues.
5. Attend closings, court hearings, corporate meetings as required.
6. Network and build relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

1. J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar of California.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate transactional law in a law firm setting.
3. Strong analytical and research skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented with commitment towards delivering high quality work products.
6. Ability to work cooperatively in a team as well as independently based on the situation.
