- HR Strategy & Leadership
- Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, support change and engagement initiatives.
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage recruitment and onboarding; enhance retention and succession planning.
- Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns, promote a positive environment, and uphold company values.
- Performance Management
- Oversee appraisals and develop training programs.
- Compensation & Compliance
- Administer benefits, ensure competitive pay, and maintain legal compliance.
- Workplace Safety & Environmental Compliance
- Support safety standards, workers' comp, and environmental regulations.
- Front Desk Assistance
- Provide occasional support with visitors, calls, and general admin.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in HR or related field (Master’s/HR certification preferred); 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
