Greer Financial Services is seeking a visionary HR leader to serve as Director of People Services for one of our strategic business partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape organizational culture and drive strategic people initiatives at a medical center in Garland County Arkansas. As a key member of leadership, you'll lead HR transformation while fostering an environment where healthcare professionals thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
• Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
• Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
• Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
• Oversee HR budget development and management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and employment laws
• Champion organizational culture and values across the institution
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management
• 5+ years' of progressive HR experience in healthcare environment
• Deep knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing HR teams
• Excellence in communication and relationship building at all levels
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention strategies
• Experience with HR systems and analytics

Preferred Qualified

• Master's degree in related field
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification

Compensation: Up to $115,000 / annually
