Responsibilities:
Ensure the effective management of workplace injuries for your clients within a matrix team
Guide clients in continuous improvement processes aimed at reducing the impact of workplace injuries on their organizational and financial performance
Advise clients on maintaining employment relationships and support them during job site visits as part of rehabilitation
Collaboratively establish strategies with stakeholders for optimal management of disputes at the Administrative Review
Enhance integrated service offerings by proposing solutions to clients for better management of occupational health and safety (training, medical expertise, prevention, legal, outsourcing, ergonomics, etc.)
To succeed as a Claims Manager, the following qualifications and skills are required:
Functional bilingualism in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in human resources management/industrial relations or a related field (legal, administration, human resources) or a DEC in a related field
2-3 years of experience in managing workplace injuries in Quebec
Proficiency in the process of opening and monitoring a file with CNESST (administrative and medical) and the rules governing temporary assignment
Experience in managing workplace injuries on a Canadian basis is considered an asset
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and synthesis skills
Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Suite Office 365 are considered assets
Team player who promotes collaboration
Demonstrates autonomy and adaptability
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage priorities and follow-ups.
