What we do
At TELUS Health, we support the mental, physical, and financial health of organizations and individuals globally. By offering training programs, we support employees and leaders in developing skills to drive behavior change, achieve organizational goals, and foster a culture of learning.
How you will make an impact
You will be responsible for delivering in-person seminars (one-hour awareness-building sessions) to TELUS Health corporate clients. You will actively manage the learning environment and share your subject matter expertise and experience with client participants. Topics include Change Management, Stress Management, Resiliency, Respect, Professionalism, and Difficult Behaviors (material is already prepared).
Are you the collaborator we are looking for?
You are fully bilingual in English and French.
You hold a postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior, or human resource management, or equivalent experience.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering instructor-led training in an applied workplace setting.
You have practical experience delivering skill-based training to adult learners in various workplace settings.
You demonstrate superior communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
You can adapt instructional materials and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences, as well as special needs of learners.
You are able to travel to client locations.
