The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the human resources team with new hire documentation, onboarding, entering new employees into the ATS and creating badges. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals on all levels. Build strong relationships with employees throughout the organization. Answer, screen and direct calls for the HR Department.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area a plus but not a requirement
- 1-2 years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Non-Profit Experience helpful
