Job Title: HR Coordinator

Pay Rate: $24-$28 per hour
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to join our Non-Profit clients team on a 2-3 month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resourcess and/or recruiting support and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or recruiting support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Paylocity is a big plus, or another HRIS or ATS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
