Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate for its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in New York. The salary for this position starts at $260k+.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in life sciences licensing, either within a law firm or in-house.
• A degree in biology or chemistry disciplines or experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are required.
• Excellent academic credentials required.
