We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team in Hartsville, SC. As a Machinist, you will operate and program NC Mills, leveraging programming software such as Esprit or MasterCam to ensure the production of high-quality, precise parts. Responsibilities:

• Operate and program NC Mills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Create machine programs using software like Esprit or MasterCam.
• Work with manual lathes, mills, and grinders to produce high-quality parts.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe and organized workplace.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Adapt to a rotating shift schedule, with availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Technical degree in Machine Shop (preferred).
• Proficient in programming and operating NC Mills.
• Experience with programming software such as Esprit, MasterCam, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of machine shop equipment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with manual lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to a rotating shift schedule.
