A top law firm is seeking an Associate with 3-8 years of corporate experience to join this growing team based in their New York office!

This firm are a top Am law 50 firm who specializes in general corporate practice with over 14 offices worldwide.

The Role

Their corporate and financial lawyers have a wealth of knowledge in order to work on a variety of domestic and foreign operations such as:

• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Capital Markets and Securities Transactions
• Emerging Company/Venture Capital
• Corporate Governance
• Exchange Act Compliance Experience.

The Candidate

• The successful candidate will be working with the firm in their corporate & finance group.
• Qualified candidates must have at least three years of experience in corporate transactional work, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation.
• Strong negotiating, drafting, and teamwork skills are necessary.
