Claims Customer Service Representative ***INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK***
Job Type:
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Location and Work Environment:
Initial training will be conducted in-office for 2 weeks in Uniondale, New York, followed by a transition to a fully remote setup.
Working hours are set from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
What You'll Do:
Join our team as a Property Damage Customer Service Representative, dedicated to servicing property damage claims efficiently. In this role, you will check the statuses of claims for updates, provide necessary information, and answer questions via phone and email, ensuring high-quality support and customer satisfaction.
What You'll bring:
1 year of high volume call center experience
Experience with servicing Property Damage claims for auto
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle high call volumes
Customer-focused approach
