The Corporate Group at this firm are seeking a motivated and talented associate (law school years 2020 – 2022) to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in general corporate work , including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Private Equity
• Public and Private Offerings
• SEC Reporting

This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with and learn from experienced corporate partners, counsel, and senior associates on a diverse range of corporate matters.

Qualifications

• Experience : At least one to three years of experience in corporate law at an AmLaw 200 firm .
• Education : Strong academic record from a respected law school.
• Licensure : Admission to the New York Bar is required.
• Skills : Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to handle complex matters effectively.
