The firm are seeking a skilled and motivated attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our Insurance Coverage Litigation Group in their Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven attorney to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters.

About the Role

The team represents insurers in high-stakes cases, including:

• Complex commercial litigation
• Insurance coverage disputes involving general liability, property, and professional liability policies
• Defense of bad faith actions

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide recommendations to clients
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/LexisNexis
• Draft interrogatories and document demands
• Review document collections for litigation preparation
• Submit filings to the court

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Texas
• Strong academic credentials
• Interest in insurance coverage (experience with general liability policies is a plus)
• Some experience in commercial litigation required
• Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
