Secured Transactions - UCC Collateral Specialist - Counsel - New York

Our client is a top firm in New York, seeking a counsel level attorney with secured lending experience to focus on review of collateral documents and intercreditor agreements. This position can/will involve training in UCC work. The salary range for this position is between $500k to $800k.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in secured lending. UCC experience is a plus (not required).
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent client-interfacing skills.
