Our client, a reputable insurance defense firm, based in Southern California, is seeking a 2+ year attorney to join their firm! The role offers fully remote, but candidates must be barred in CA and have CA licensed experience. Wonderful opportunity to join a growing mid-size firm with a great reputation in the market!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle all aspects of defense litigation from inception to end
2. Prepare pleadings, legal writing, conduct discovery
3. Develop litigation strategies, including trialing a case when necessary
4. Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court appearances

Qualifications:

1. Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar
2. 2+ years of experience as an attorney, in any area of litigation.
3. Possess strong analytical skills to handle complex litigation
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Experience with all phases of litigation, including trial experience
