We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Associate Attorney for our client. The ideal candidate has notable litigation and, preferably, trial experience. This role involves working collaboratively with our team, while independently assuming immediate responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Possess a strong litigation background, with preference given to those with trial experience.
• Excellent academic records from a recognized law school.
• Superior analytical skills and exceptional writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take immediate responsibility in a professional setting.
• Adaptable to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• California State Bar Admission

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
