A leading nonprofit hospital and out-patient services organization in Danbury, CT is looking to bring on an Associate General Counsel focused on Hospital Operations and Commercial Counsel matters. This position will be 1 day onsite - 4 work from home!

This role will be transactions focused on M&A, lease agreements, and all contracts related to these matters. In this role, you will be responsible advising on matters of the Joint Commission, CMS, Fraud and Abuse regulations, and medical staffing issues. You will also draft and negotiate physician services agreements and assist the Procurement team regarding provider, IT, and Procurement contracts.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• 7-10 years of experience in the healthcare space
• Experience with transactions contracts
• Hospital operations experience required
• Contracts experience required, bonus for experience with IT/Procurement contracts.
