Title - Staff Attorney
Hours: 8 - 5 - Onsite
Location: Downers Grove, IL
Salary: up to $125k
Requirements
- Education & Licensing: J.D. and licensed to practice law in Illinois (additional licensure is a plus).
- Experience: 2-4 years of in-house and law firm experience in contracts, employment, litigation, and healthcare law.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Chiropractor Employment Agreements: Draft and negotiate employment agreements, amendments, and related documentation.
- Entity Formation: Assist with entity formations, UCC filings, operating agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Litigation & Discovery: Support in litigation matters and case discovery.
- M&A Support: Assist with legal due diligence, post-closing deliverables, and monitoring.
- General Legal Support: Conduct legal research, advise on industry developments, and support senior leadership on ad-hoc projects.
