Service/Shift Manager
We are a new cocktail bar and restaurant located in the heart of lower Manhattan. Our concept centers around a standout bar program, great music, and classic NYC-inspired fare. We showcase natural wines, inventive cocktails, and fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.

The position:
We are looking for a candidate with shift lead or management experience to oversee several services per week, totaling 26 to 38 hours. Our team is collaborative and flexible, and we’re happy to accommodate the needs of the right person. This role is ideal for an industry veteran or a rising star seeking a supportive, non-corporate environment. We do not have extremely late hours.
Key responsibilities:
• Overseeing day-to-day service operations
• Engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional experience
• Managing opening and closing duties for assigned shifts
• Inspiring and motivating the front-of-house team
• Upholding DOH standards throughout service
Skills:
• Familiarity with Toast or comparable POS systems is important
• Experience with Resy is a strong advantage
Pay & Schedule:
Pay and schedule is candidate dependent. This is an hourly position with some flexibility.
