Additionally, this person will do a variety of work involving equipment use such as ladders and scissor lifts and will also be responsible for routine general repair work.nnThis position is physically located in Oklahoma City, OK at the First Americans MuseumnnResponsibilitiesnnPerform routine repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on commercial property.nnWorks daily with a computerized maintenance management system to enter, close and record work orders.nnMonitors and escorts as necessary subcontractor personnel.nnReplaces receptacles, lamps, ballasts etc.nnRepairs and replaces sinks, toilets, faucets.nnTroubleshoots, repairs pumps and motors.nnPerforms interior painting.nnModifies and repairs interior/exterior walls systems, roof systems, floorcoverings, windows and window coverings.nnRepairs doors and hardware.nnPerforms minor locksmith duties as needed.nnCleans work area, tools, and equipment.nnRegular day shift, M-F but position may involve emergency call out as needed basis.nnAssist other maintenance technicians.nnAll other related duties as required.nnQualificationsnnA high school diploma or GED equivalent.nn3 years of directly related commercial facilities and/or building maintenance experience.nnValid Driver's License with 3 yrs. clean driving record to be qualified to drive under the NMS insurance company policy.nnMust be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.nnWorking Conditions and Physical RequirementsnnWeather: Indoor/Outdoor – occasional exposure to harsh weather conditions; requires work to be done both inside and outside.nnNoise level: The noise level in the work environment is usually that of a standard office atmosphere. Some machinery noise areas.nnDescription of environment: Office building with standard office environment.nnPhysical requirements: Employee is required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
