The ideal candidate will support the HR and AR department in various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the organization.nnResponsibilitiesnnAssist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.nnMaintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.nnCoordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings as needed.nnProcess payroll and ensure timely and accurate distribution.nnHandle accounts receivable duties such as invoicing, billing, and collections.nnMonitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.nnProvide administrative support to the HR and AR departments as required.nnManage DOT compliance.nnOversee finance collection/management.nnCollect money and manage payroll.nnEssential SkillsnnHuman resources experiencennAdministrative supportnnPayroll managementnnQuickBooksnnBenefits administrationnnCompliance managementnnOnboarding processesnn2+ years of HR experiencennAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnProven experience as an HR Assistant, AR Assistant, or similar role is preferred.nnFamiliarity with ADP/QuickBooksnnStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.nnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nnHigh degree of confidentiality and integrity.nnProficiency in Google Workspace.nnBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.nnWork EnvironmentnnThis position is onsite, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
