Area of Interest: Business intelligence and data
A career as a Senior Data Analyst in the Customer Engagement Analytics team within the Personal Data Management and Valorization team at National Bank means playing a key role in optimizing and automating our data processing processes. This job allows you to have a direct impact on the efficiency of our operations, using your advanced data processing and management skills to support proactive and informed decision-making.
Your role:
Act as a data specialist, develop an in-depth knowledge of Customer data, lead processing performance data pan bank and Marketing data in constant interrelationship with the various stakeholders.
Analyze Customer and Marketing data to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and support the organization's strategic goals.
Collaborate in the design, preparation, and maintenance of advanced dashboards, analytics, and reports to facilitate proactive decision-making.
Develop, automate, and put into production data processing processes using technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and Bitbucket and SAS.
Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of actionable insights for decision-making teams.
Present insights from data in a clear and concise way.

The Vice-Presidency of Risk Strategy Modeling, Perception and Recovery is made up of more than 350 specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.
Within the Personal Solutions and Distribution Strategy sector, you will be part of the large Personal Data Management and Valorization team and report to the Senior Director, Customer Engagement Analytics. Prerequisite:
Relevant training and between 4 to 5 years of experience in data analysis.
Advanced mastery of dashboard development with Power BI.
Knowledge of data processing and transformation, with expertise in SQL, as well as significant experience with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and SAS.
Strong technical communication skills, popularization of complex concepts, proactivity, and rigor in the execution of projects.
Experience in a cloud environment (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS) and Python and SAS skills are preferred.
Knowledge of data pipeline release processes, and experience with versioning systems such as Bitbucket.
