We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel to join our team, with options for our California locations or remote work. This is an immediate opening for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, including:
• Conducting factual investigations and discovery
• Preparing pleadings and legal documents
• Taking depositions and arguing motions
• Participating in mediation and negotiations
• Communicating effectively with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in both state and federal courts
• Experience with administrative matters and arbitrations is a plus
• Active California bar license and residence in California
