Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee nursing care for a specific department or shift
2. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
3. Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to uphold standards and best practices
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
5. Monitor and update patient care plans as necessary
6. Facilitate communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding care

Qualifications:

1. Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse license
2. Preferred experience as a charge nurse or in a similar leadership role
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations
